1. Who publishes this site

candy-aai.com, presented editorially as Candy AAI Hub, is an independently run reference site about the features of the Candy AI companion platform. It is a small editorial project, not a company acting on behalf of any platform. Written enquiries go to the addresses listed on the contact page, which is the only channel we monitor.

2. Reading the site means accepting this notice

Continuing past this page means you accept the terms set out below as they stand today. If any part of them does not suit you, the appropriate response is to stop using the site. We do not operate a separate negotiated version of these terms for individual visitors.

3. Commercial disclosure

Buttons on this site that open the Candy AI platform are commercial links. If a visit that starts here turns into a signup or a payment, we may be paid a commission by the platform's affiliate programme. You never pay more because you arrived through us, and the commission does not change the prices or terms you see at checkout. It also does not buy favourable coverage: beta features are described as beta, and token costs are described as costs.

4. We are not Candy AI

This site is not operated by, endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Candy AI or its parent company. We hold no account data, no payment records and no moderation powers. Nothing written here is a statement by the platform. Requests about an account, a charge, a refund, a deleted character or a flagged request must go to the platform's own support channel, because we are structurally unable to act on them.

5. Accuracy and the limits of our information

Feature descriptions, token costs and prices are compiled from the platform's public pages and checkout flow at the time of writing. All of them can change without notice, and prices in particular vary by country; the figures on this site are United States amounts in USD. Where our pages and the platform's live screens disagree, the live screen is correct. Verify the term, the rate and the renewal interval at checkout before you confirm a payment.

6. No warranty

Everything on candy-aai.com is published as it stands, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the site will be available without interruption, that it is free of error, or that any outcome described here will be reproduced in your own use of the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the applicable law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from decisions taken on the basis of what you read here, including indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost data and lost profit. You decide whether to subscribe to a third-party service, and that decision and its cost remain yours.

8. Third-party destinations

Outbound buttons and links lead to services we neither own nor control, with their own terms, pricing, moderation rules and data practices. We are not responsible for their content or their conduct, and listing a destination is not a guarantee about it. Read the terms of any service before you create an account or pay for one.

All companions, conversations and generated media described here are fictional and generated by software; they depict no real person and carry no real commitments.

You may quote a short passage with a visible link back to the page it came from; republishing a page in substance is not permitted. "Candy AI" and any other product or company names appearing here belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, to identify the service under discussion, under nominative fair use. No claim of ownership or partnership is implied.

11. Illustrative imagery

The companion images on these pages are AI-generated illustrations of platform output. They portray no real individual. The names shown beside them are labels for fictional characters.

12. Amendments and governing law

We may revise this notice at any time, and the revised version applies from the moment it is published, carrying the date shown at the top of this page. Disputes arising from use of this site are governed by the law of the publisher's place of establishment, and by the courts with jurisdiction there, except where a mandatory consumer protection rule in your country of residence says otherwise.
