Candy AI pricing is one Premium package in five billing terms
There is no feature ladder to climb. The rate and the renewal frequency are the only variables, so the decision is about how long you intend to stay, not about what you get.

Every paid term carries the same feature set

Unlimited text messaging, 100 tokens a month, custom AI character creation, 18+ image and video generation and the Full Live Action Experience are on all five terms. That is why the weekly rate is worth using as a test rather than as a cheaper tier: it buys the same thing for less commitment. Free accounts stop at five messages, which is not enough to judge an AI girlfriend, an AI boyfriend or a custom build from the character creator.
The subscription does not make media unlimited
Tokens are the part people miss. Messaging costs nothing on a paid term, but image generation, video generation, voice notes and phone calls all draw on the balance. AI Phone Call runs at 3 tokens per minute; image, video and custom-character costs vary by feature and request and are shown in the flow before you confirm. A batch of 16 images costs more than a single render, and an anime set is no exception.
Half an hour of calling is 90 tokens, most of a month. The token panel on the overview breaks the spending down.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the term and price shown at checkout, and local taxes may apply. Payment goes through credit cards, Pay by Bank and other local methods, and the site also lists Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDC. To stop, open Settings and select Unsubscribe; access runs to the end of the period.
- Refund requests are normally made within 24 hours of payment.
- Subscription refunds can be refused after more than 20 tokens have been used.
- Token purchase refunds can be refused once any of those tokens are used.

Do the plans differ in features?
No. Only the rate and the frequency change, as the plans section confirms.
How do you cancel?
Open Settings and select Unsubscribe; paid access runs to the end of the current period.

Normally within 24 hours, and it can be refused once more than 20 tokens have been used.
